LLU and the prospect of cheaper broadband

Will LLU result[-]s[/-] in more widespread and affordable broadband or simpl[-]e[/-]y be a worthless, contentious and costly distraction?

With a heading littered with so many grammar mistakes, I'm too scared to read the article.
 
Could there be a business model for pre-paid naked Adsl or month-to month naked Adsl in all of this LLU discussions(for the low-end market)?Just asking.
 
Again...thank you so much Telkom for the dis-service you have been doing for SA. Much appreciated by the few with tickets to the gravy train.
