Apple loses iPad design copy lawsuit

I don't understand how you can make a tablet in many other ways?

Certain things look certain ways - they have the same basic design.
 
i dont get this...... A tv is a tv you cant make it any different, yes it can be thinner thicker, have different features but at the end of the day its still in the shape of a TV....
 
I sincerely hope that this company makes a dent in Apple's litigation budget! :mad:

and because of Apple's misundestanding they now gonna give the company more money than their tablet would have sold.
 
Sounds like justice hopefully this will lead the way to getting similiar bans on samsung products removed in Germany and Australia.

I can see Apple having a strong patent case for saying that Apple owns the wheel.. Sorry Dunlop and Goodyear your days are numbered.. xD

Ya, but my TV has a power button at the bottom right, which is perfectly aligned and designed to also make it aesthetically pleasing... :p

Apple have become the Orwellian 1984 they were trying so hard to avoid.

I have being reading (read about 500 pages so far) this biography of Steve Jobs that he commissioned, and I always knew that Steve Jobs was a jerk, I didnt realize how massive a dick he was. Im pretty shocked by what I am reading.
