The top non-pop star on Twitter is US president Barack Obama, who has 12.8 million followers, putting him behind other world leaders such as Britney Spears, Rihanna and Shakira.

In my utopian society it would be the scientists who are the real top celebs. However, I am I live in a society designed for Justin Bieber people.
