Thought it was kind of interesting looking at this:
One of Huawei's LTE capable modems floating around in Germany , doesn't looks like it offers any advantage over the K4605/E372 for us.
Supports
LTE: 800 + 2600 up to 100Mbps - which is seemingly where SA will eventually step(stand to be corrected on that but believe that's correct speculation)
HSPA+/UMTS: up to 42Mbps but only on 2100 - No UMTS900 so not much of an option for CellC use.
Seems to be differant variants of this stick so perhaps we may yet see a UMTS 900 capable one appear.
The E398 that aren't the white ones maybe.

Chipset in it seems to be Qualcom MDM 9200 vrs K4605/E372 of Qualcom MDM 8220
See it floating around on German Ebay for 75-100 Euro - seems to be a V2 option available
