TED Talk on Porn Addiction

Interesting, not 100% sure i agree with everything but interesting non the less!

I have started a strike though (Brought upon by another thread). Gonna see if i notice any changes, i am in a lucky situation where i have a relatively non-addictive personality and quite strong will power!

Initially haven't decided on a time period but i think for now ill put a goal period of 2 months on the table!
 
This was started on another thread but its ended up going way off topic. Quite interesting, especially since they base their conclusions on actual data. Many of the sexologist who promote the use of internet porn ( not magazines as mentioned in the talk) never really talk about the long term side effects (if there are any) because such widespread/frequent use of porn is really a fairly recent thing (+- 20 years) unlike the use of alcohol and cigarettes.
 
I watched it and it started off interesting but in the end was more applicable to any addiction.

Replace the word porn with gaming, internet addiction or sex addiction in his speech and it would make just as sense.
