FNB geo payments added to FNB app

How about a Ipad version off the FNB app,
I dont like using the zoom function to make the app bigger.

While I do find that safari works great an iPad app would make sense seeing as they must be one of the largest iPad dealers in the country!
 
I saw this updated app earlier today. Not sure I'll ever use it, but you never know.

Also, curious why the big hype and then release it as an update ahead of time, that is, if this is what the media brief is about.

I think it was leaked by mistake... Remember apple store has to approve apps which takes time... I expect they released this early :-/

You just need to tell Apple not to release the update automatically. Either the uploader made a mistake or they weren't told how important/secret this update was, I reckon.

You can bet that some poor soul/sole (both I reckon :)) is going to be raked over the coals for this.

I've asked so many times, dropped so many hints but it just never happens. FNB does everything...except this :(

Basically you can pay someone nearby you without exchanging bank details.
 
Finally. Only thing left that I was wanting in the Android app.
My needs to use the website have just been reduced to almost nill.

FNB FTW - again!
 
Do you need to go outdoors for the gps to pick up before you can make the payment ?

Don't think so. Depends on your device. They can do some level of location based on cell tower. Tried to test it indoors today but I think the service isn't live yet.
