Doesn't change the fact they are suing using a patent for which they don't have a product....hmm...there's a term for that....

+1 I currently dont use a Samsung phone but a 4s and my next move will be wp8 lumia and a bb os 10 device as secondary early next year but I hate it when Apple acts like a bully instead of competing properly.
Their patents are a joke as is their taking advantage of the system,this case will be a good example of them to stop attacking other competitors because in the end we as the consumer will loose.

Oh I'm not insulting anyone I'm just saying it like it is,if you feel being a hardline apple fan is an insult to you then you need to re-think yourself,but like I said once earlier if you are indeed affiliated to Apple then great job man. ;)

Yes, the term is "Defending against a frivolous lawsuit brought by another party" :D
