Wi-Fi gets taken to court

"Wi-fi is Technology which allows an electronic device to exchange data wirelessly over a computer network."

Lol. A wheel is a technology that allows a vehicle to move.
 
Removing the hot air and references, the story boils down to this:

"They stuck routers on the walls in both Jhb and Pta high courts and connected them with cable."

It gives us no indication of the purpose and effect. Why is it news?
