Communications minister Dina Pule gets an E in 2012 DA report card

This is clearly a case of leaked exam papers - she couldn't get an E without some form of assistance
 
By giving her a score it would suggest she's actually done something!

Article made no mention of the fact that she is the reason for delays in Spectrum allocation.
Looking forward to reading about more workshops and talkshops next year.
 
I'd give her an A, she's done exactly as she was meant to do...
 
It is such a pity that our government keeps putting duds in key positions that's holding back this country from escaping the dark ages. Just look at that picture - she's got dumb written all over her face. WTF where they thinking - oh wait - they all have dumb written on their faces.

South Africa’s ICT industry is champing at the bit to fulfil its potential to make this a great e-powered nation, but it is being hobbled by unimaginative, inadequately skilled bureaucrats with a penchant for centralised control and no sense of urgency. She must loosen her grip on the reins and give the industry its head so we can all be winners.

They should start at Z and only progress to the next (or previous depending on how you look at it) letter when they do something right.
 
Fire her and for the love of all that is good and decent get someone who is technologically clued up and willing to get this country out of the dark ages.

DA is totally deluded - F is too good for her.

The problem is not her, though, it's a president who finds people with no credentials for the job and lets them play around and squander resources with impunity.

There seems to be no interest by the 'leadership' in furthering the country as a whole, or addressing the basic needs of its citizens.

Perhaps it's becaue if too many of these citizens got broadband, they would see the light and start demanding accountability.
 
as long as the government keeps putting people in charge of departments who don't know diddly squat about the department. they should appoint someone with an IT background. now there's an A+ idea. (pun?)
 
Dear DA,

Your points ranking system is about as useful as that of "Who'se Line is it Anyway?"

The ANC doesn't give a crap about our or anyone else's opinion of them. They're in charge.
 
She'll be very pleased with an 'E', because that was probably higher than her grade 8 marks.

The report is spot on, except they could do with a better point system.
