Vodacom contract has not been activated since December

Vodacom, can you assist?


Placed an order at Elite Mobile on the 6th Dec.
Received the phone in good order and working.
Got an SMS on the 13th that the SIM has been activated. But it has not been.
Phoned Vodacom and asked them to activate. Still nothing.
Send support request to Elite Mobile on the 18th, they phoned and said they will activate. Still nothing.

I now have the phone and SIM for a month and have not been able to use it.
 
You are very patient I would have been in touch on a daily basis!
 
Hi there. Unfortunately no one else will be able to activate that contract but Elite Mobile. They do not seem troubled by the fact that they have issued a phone for which, until such time that the contract is activated...Vodacom will not be reimbursing them for.

I suggest phoning them and asking for a manager of some kind there.

You did not get back to Elite. They were under the impression that all was sorted. IMHO you will have to pay for December. Not Elites fault that you didn't get back to them.
