IE6 simply won't die

Even Microsoft struggles to convince Internet Explorer 6 users to say goodbye and upgrade to a more modern browser

surfing the net on ie6 must be like watching The Matrix on a 12" black and white television.

There Microsoft, I FIFY

“Friends don’t let friends use Internet Explorer. And neither should acquaintances. Educate others about moving off of Internet Explorer”

+1 ! I also wanted to fix it like that :D

Mostly stubborn corporates who don't want to give up XP/2003. Still, there's no excuse not to upgrade their browsers, it doesn't cost anything.

Correct, we at government here are still stuck on ie6 and xp.. meh

Of course i dont use that - besides for work purposes.

They should divulge the IP Addresses of the people still using IE6. We track them down ala Jay & Silent Bob style, and go kick their ass!

Well it's hardly surprising Microsoft is having a hard time convincing people about stuff, after all the **** they've been talking over the years no-one believes a word they say, especially with the recent Windows 8 fiasco.
