Telkom Throttling????

So my package - 4mbps uncapped (downloaded WoW and LoTR Online this weekend 40gb total) now im trying to torrent something and I cant get more than 29kb/s d/l.

Seriously. What. The. Hell.

There are some issues with P2P not behaving as it should on uncapped.

There should be an improvement by next month.

(this is not throttling, throttling would limit your total throughput, regardless of protocol)
 
I assume you with Telkomsa ISP?

Telkomsa ISP uncapped is that it is throttled at various speeds during office hours and - it's there in the fine print.

... and I've never seen it implemented in PE since Telkom started their uncapped - YMMV.

@Ranger - you are right there were some issues regarding p2p BUT I switched my torrent client (qbittorrent to Vuze) and Vuze downloaded the torrents no problem. And yes I checked my settings in Qbittorrent...
