Sounds about right. Is anybody even surprised anymore when reading 'news' like this? I'm not :/
 
They should just close down Limpopo.
 
It annoys me that South Africa has more than enough wealth to deal with its problems, but it just dissapears in puffs of smoke like this.
 
Fiery Scopa chairman Derrick Ngobeni retorted by saying Mafubedu was presiding over a collapsed department.

“We are told there are no medicines in hospitals. Maybe this money has gone down the drain through fraud and corruption, and you don’t have answers.

“There are no consequences. No one is fired. This gives us a picture that this department is dysfunctional,” Ngobeni said.

Can't believe we're actually paying these criminals a salary to steal our money.
But then this is the African way is it not?
