Anyone watching this series? Whats your opinion on it? Just got it, so excited to be starting a new series.
 
There's a show called Vikings that I don't know about? I love their stories.

Dafuq History Channel? I guess fictional accounts qualify since they already have Ancient Aliens.
 
I think it will be good! I have only watched the first episode, and although it was a bit tame for the title, I reckon the following episodes will be good.
 
I watched the First Episode... it was a bit boring, maybe they were just setting things up.
Will try and watch 2 & 3 tonight.
 
It's just ok really, but good enough to enjoy if for some reason it floats your boat (or viking ship).

EDIT: I'm also Afrikaans and I love my language ... but the HS that Kyknet broadcast is beyond forgiveness.

Always loved anything about vikings & norse mythology. Also found out a few years back that I'm of swedish decent.

My great ancestry is Scandinavian. Apparently my ancestors invaded Normandy.... and then their offspring invaded England...

Should be on the usual places that share these kinda files.
 
Not enough action in it , i was hoping it would be along the lines of spartacus (blood, nudity) but the first two episodes have been tame. The vikings idea is a good one but this particular one doesn't seem to be well executed.
 
Watched the first 3 episodes. Liked it although there is zero nudity.
 
I found the 1st episode seriously boring. Was looking forward to a Game of Thrones or Spartacus type series, but this does not qualify.

The production value is not as high as Spartacus but I enjoyed it. Maybe because I watched 3 episodes in a row. The story is fast moving and there is blood, politics and own the speak their wn language of English so I would say if you enjoy Spartacus you would enjoy this. Although like I said it has no nudity.
