Just saw that Cellc has the S4 on Pre-order

Hope they have some kind of special like they did with the iPhone 5 launch
 
What happens when you pre order? You get a guaranteed phone @ launch? What if you decide to cancel the pre order when the phone gets released? Any costs involved?
 
Depends if the supplier give them a good price that also plays an important role but I will wait for all networks to launch. Hopefully CELL C wanna see how much demand they've for the preorder before they decide on pricing but compare it with SamSung S3 for now. http://www.cellc.co.za/cell-phone-deals/contract/samsung-galaxy-siii-smartphone-on-straight-up-100 Might actually go for R399 probably. Its no commitment if u preorder. I did with the z10 and when they phoned I told them I had it already
 
got some anxiety issues now :o
