TopTV porn channels approved by ICASA

this is surprising. must have bribed more than monochoice this time.

Hmmm, I wonder if this will save the channel, I dont think so - I could be wrong. I would also like to be privy to some of the conversations thats going to take place between family and friends - how does one now explain the "need" to get TopTV :) - sports can't be used as the reason :)

So why didn't they allow it the last time? Did they suddenly have a brainwave?
 
Wow...

I can only guess ICASA's lawyers told them that they had no option but to approve it, or find themselves in a very messy very public court battle.
