MWEB launched free high-speed uncapped MWEB Wi-Fi in Cape Town recently, with plans to grow its footprint

Sometimes. Other times someone else comes along and gives a free pair of shoes as well. Whatever.
Seriously, it is a step in the correct direction. Maybe someone else will come along and do it better later, and I hope they do.
