E-toll website flaw actually a cyber-attack, says Sanral

Is there some sort of internal government competition to prove who's the most stupid ? These idiots have to be right up at the top of the list.

I think they have pre-written templates for press statements when something goes wrong with <instert department or government owned organisation here>

Can someone please upload the definition of hacking

Well yes, it IS a cyberattack. Doesn't mean you shouldn't at least try and prevent it. The internet doesn't exactly work on the honour system.

No one ever expected them to admit to their shortfall did they. This is a typical cANCer move.

“Sanral strongly condemns the cyber-attack on the online e-toll account management website,”

Wow, where did he learn such big words :p

Deja Moo: The feeling that you've heard that bullschit before....

Unbelievable, but expected. As the security of their clients has been compromised, they minimal should request everyone to change their PIN. How many PINs are known by other people. But not a word about this. With a simple hack like this available, how many more security holes are there. It has shown that SANRAL is not interested in keeping your information safe and this should be a wake-up call for everyone not to register with SANRAL or even to deregister with them.

If I don't laugh, I'll cry. What a ****ing joke.

“Sanral would like to assure road users that it will continue to look at innovative measures to ensure the protection of road user data,” Mona said.
...but not actually implement them.

... and these morons want to administer a Billion dollar highway tolling system? :wtf:
