Resigned SABC CEO Mokhobo denies massive payout

On the whole, it seems like she did a good job? She got an institution that was bankrupt and they are have paid back their loans and have cash available.

I haven't properly read up on this topic so I could be wrong.
 
“My job was to stabilise the company, bring it up to liquidity, and deal with strategic issues it had for a while. I have done that. There is now R1.2-billion cash in the bank,” said Mokhobo.
Can you then repay all the bailouts that you have had then or is that what's left of the bailout.

I probably missed something, but why is Farrokh/Freddie Bulsara/Mercury on the SABC logo here?
