FireFox 29 launches with new features

I'm having issues with the latest version - being incredibly slow with the latest version of firefox.

Also the `reload all tabs' option pretends to work, but nothing works.

I've also tried disabling my addons to see if that improves.

I'm unsure if the following addons are causing problems

AdBlock
TabCounter

Maybe I will use FireFox as by default browser again... those screenshots looks mighty apple'ish.

My only concern with Chrome is the extreme slowdowns when searching or loading certain sites when logged into my business email, when this happens I throw my search string into IE to get things done, apparently something to do with the cache, but clearing it does not resolve the issue.
 
Firefox is improving, version 31 nightly scores 475 for HTML5.

I've tried to like chrome, but I can't leave Firefox, it has so many add-ons and features chrome doesn't have. About:config is also a major plus for me.

What did you use about:config for? closest I could find is about:flags in Chrome

How many addons do you have active ?

Press Ctrl+Shift+A to view the list of addons and disable them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

You have 3 other scenarios you can try:
1) Start in Safe-mode
2) Reset firefox to original state
3) uninstall firefox , download a new copy of the file and re-install

If you still experience slowness, run Ccleaner on your machine - to cleanse the machine of excess waste-of-space-files (temporary files, etc)...

Nevermind.

My slowness was caused by housemate downloading the whole youtubes.
Working fine now.

If you are slow, might it not be because you are watching all the junk on youtube? Or is it your interwebs connection that is slow?
