Eskom warns of winter load-shedding

Fck 'em. If they're going to cut the power that I pay for anyway, then I will use whatever appliances I please, whenever I feel like it...

You are using too much power switch off appliances immediately.
 
They spent a few million on upgradging there offices. So why not put that into a new plant.

I wrapped the geyser, I cut over to gas for the stove, I cut over to led for the lights.

Real BS! I already use so very little power :mad:
 
Happy to cut down but I'm a technical person - I like to see the real-time curve changing with usage and see where the critical usage point is.

General requests don't feel like they're making a real difference
 
Won't make a difference, I already use 50% of what I did 5 years ago
 
So we suffer because of a few incompitent people in positions

can it be said enough times?! the mind boggles about how they don't start there.... instead they're going off about cellphone charger and tv on standby!
meanwhile everywhere i drive i see the fn streetlights burning in bright daylight.
