CliffCentral not ready to divulge listener numbers

They're still trying to figure out the difference between IP connections and listeners. ;)
 
If you can't listen to it (conveniently & affordably) in your car then they're doomed imo. Money is made during morning and afternoon drive time.

Actually I catch the MiCity bus a lot more these days, making it a 1h30min trip to work in the mornings. All-in-all Iit uses around 16-18MB of data for 1h30min of streaming.

In the car it's a 20-30min trip to work which uses around 5MB of data.

You can use bluetooth or auxiliary if your car supports those features.

If you're OOB that's not an insignificant cost. (I hit OOB halfway through the month with the pitiful VC Smartdata data bundle, can't top it up without huge hassle as I'm with Nashua)

I tried streaming from Melkbos to town a few times a few years ago and it works most of the time but there are interruptions.

at 5-6kbps, you shouldn't have any interruptions, even on EDGE.

OOB? I'm not that dumb to fall victim to the OOB shark. :p

If you're on MTN, they offer free streaming to cliffcentral.
 
When they get over 500 listeners they will post numbers?
 
There has been a few interesting shows now...but it really had a bad start imho...still don't understand why it is on Comedy Central (not funny).

So they should ask MyBB to figure out how to calculate listenership figures rather than trying to lie and then threaten litigation
but didn't the DMSA or whoever have a workshop and so on on this issue ....
