Google revealed the gender and racial makeup of its 50,000-strong workforce, disclosing a significantly below-average proportion of minorities and women employees

This would not be allowed in South Africa, the Government would be holding a gun to your head while not having any realistic solutions of their own to address the issue. And BEE is not a solution, its a smoke-screen.

They employ based on skill, intelligence, qualifications, and ambition. If you don't have that, sorry for you. It just so happens, Caucasians , and Asians have more of the aforementioned traits. It has nothing to do with race.

Men outnumber women 2:1 when you reach the top 2% by IQ score. Google's 30% female representation is about as good as it gets.
