So MTN quietly launched 2 new price plans for prepaid customers...

1. MTN 1c Per Second
2. MTN Free Talk

There is no info at all so expect a release soon.

MTN 1c Per Second charges 1c per second [60c per minute] to ANY network ANY time. I just changed my price plan and got a sms saying

"You've successfully migrated to the MTN 1c per second. Pay only 60c/min or 1c/sec when calling MTN or ANY local network. Terms apply. Brought to you by MTN. Everywhere you go"


So MTN is really taking on Cellc. Basically they said screw 66c when you can pay 60c per minute!! :D

Some info on MTN 1c per second plan..... NOTE the data is 99c per mb OOB compared to Cellc R2.....
