DStv adds new HD channel

How is it adding a channel when they're removing a channel as well - the total number of HD channels stays the same. Wouldn't "DSTV replaces Discovery Showcase HD with a simulcast Discovery Channel HD" be the correct way to phrase it?

EDIT: Can't they start offering Discovery Science? Pretty much all of their programs lately belong on TLC :sick:
 
Is it just me, or is it that we aren't really getting a new HD channel? If the Showcase one is falling away to be replaced by the simulcast one?
 
It will become a branded video-on-demand service, exclusive to the DStv Explora, giving customers access to their favourite HD Showcase titles.

So these ****ers take away Discovery HD showcase, they replace it with the already showing channel we had, and force us to buy an explora to get Showcase content again.

And this is reported as "Dstv adds new HD channel" ? Jeesus mybb, talk about shocking reporting
