The Expendables 3 tops piracy charts

Reminds me of the one time there was a "non-special" effects version of Wolverine. Remember a clip of a scene where the guys were running with these weird shapes in their hands which supposedly were guns and 3D anchors around them.

But seriously....the Expendables?

3 of them now ? Really ? The first one sucked but had novelty to it, 2nd one just sucked and was over the top cheesy, so this should be good, right ?
 
Excellent movie for some ship stealing. No way I will pay to see it, not even DVD, but it might have a laugh or two. Maybe just to shake my head at how old Sly and the Governator really are.
Didn't even know they were making a new one.

Thank god, thought I was the only one that thought 2 sucked a lot. 1 certainly had something going for it, very A-team TV series vibe...

Ah there's another one for the piracy thread, perceived quality vs cost ..

Would I pay to go see Expendables 3 in the theaters? No way hose.
Will I rent it from video stores? Extremely unlikely.
Would I see it if it was aired on DSTV? Of course (although the fact that I don't have DSTV makes this theoretical).
Will I watch a pirated copy? In a heartbeat.

It's nothing personal, just the value I see in the offering frankly.

Only question remains if you would waste your precious time on it. Toss-up for me, but maybe if I thought sleeping would be too taxing on my brain.
 
Have you seen the cast for TE3? That alone is worth it to see in cinema! It is a collectable friggin movie!

Getting the feeling that people are expecting too much from the Expendables-franchise. Method is still the same as in the 80s / 90s for these legends. Crappy story-line, not the best acting, shady special effects and over the top action.

Will I pay to watch it? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!:twisted:
 
Don't pay to watch The Expendables 3. It's a turd of note, and possesses very little of the charm that the first two had.
 
But it is still better than the newest Transformers....

But I cringe every time I see the hack job that they did of Stallone's face-lift.
