Hi,
I am having a strange issue with my TM LTE connection. The connection to the Internet is very unstable with the connection flapping between normal connectivity to nothing.
I did reboot the modem, powered it off completely for a few minutes, and have also removed sim. The strength signal is 3bars are per normal with the data 'blue' light blinking as per normal. The WIFI light also blinks.
It almost seems to me that it is a "latency" issue. Let me explain; when loading YouTube for example, the video takes extremely long to "buffer". It can play for 5 to 10 minutes with no issues, streaming perfectly. But if it stops, it takes very very long to start playing again. Similarly on Facebook, it can take extremely long to update and load the page. But works once loaded. Even Whatsapp is an issue. It can take very long to connect, before I can send or receive messages.
The weird thing is 10% of the time it works perfectly, and the rest of the time there are issues.
Anyone else experience anything similar ? Does this point to a hardware issue on my side, or a TM issue ?
