Teraco buyout

Teraco Data Environments and international private equity firm Permira announced that a company backed by the Permira funds has agreed to acquire 100% of the equity in Teraco in partnership with management.
 
Teraco was really central to the growth of my business. May they go from strength to strength

I hope the shareholder participation involves the broader management - there are some high calibre people in the team
