So who are the White Shirts?

They are definitely not standard saps,maybe it's a special unit formed especially for eff,they were chosen for their ability to tackle fat people like malema

Same can be said for any military trained state employee. This is not unique to SA.
 
Looked like a bunch of gangsters, most probably are.

You could see they were hired to inflict a lot of pain.

The expectation is that a police officer or soldier can at least think for themselves and determine when an order is unjust or outside the law. But yeah, we seem to have a dearth of such critical thinking skills.

With stuff called brains? There was order and discipline in the armed forces back in the pre"democracy" days. The saps(lower case intended) & sandf has very little of the qualities left which made them some of the finest in the world at some stage. The only purpose they serve these days is being henchemen for nr1. Ken jy die RGD van destyds???
