Ask Apple...
what happened to HD voice calling? isnt it similar in quality?
The crap where a person sounds crystal clear then bounces back to hollow then back to crystal clear then back to hollow 50 times everytime you call someone???
haha yes even though i never experienced that. the people i call have quality devices and coverage.
Apple will come to the party a few years after someone invented it.Why not iPhone?
This is not the same as VoIP which uses a data connection. It uses the LTE network similar to how it uses the GSM and 3G networks so you pay the standard price you are paying for a call.so this voice over LTE, does it use data bundle? lol

So if it uses the data connection what happens if you drive and go out of a LTE coverage are to a are that is only 2G covered? Will the call get dropped?
Another question if VoLTE use data for calling then the cost of a call should be much cheaper similar to what Skype ect does so why not make on net VoLTE to VoLTE calls free?
More supported by than enabled for.Like how they always structure the headlines to get the maximum number of clicks.
Any person would agree that at first it looks like it has been enabled for everyone, until you read the article and see it is only for the Galaxy S6/Edge.
