New Telkom SmartOffice data deals launched

I had such shocking service from Telkom recently, actually whilst trying to order an UPGRADE, that I'm just glad it didn't go through. I'll use anyone else now after the terrible experience I had.

Meh, still get way better on Cell C.

The LTE is just too expensive still and they should offer a lower per MB cost the higher the volume used. Unfortunately the FTTH is not widely available yet, else I'll go for that.

Just a quick question(probably covered already),on the fiber products(20Mbps, 40Mbps, 100Mbps) once you reach the soft cap how much or to what speeds are those lines throttled?

You can't compare cellular with ADSL. Businesses will never be able to run with cellular. You should know better.
Cell C's cellular is still way better than Telkom's cellular.

Is it possible to get these deals for Home use. For example the SmartOffice Essential or SmartOffice Advanced. Seeing that Telkom Simple deals doesn't exist anymore.

We got Telkom fibre less than 50m away. Going to see if we can get the 20Mbps Fibre. Will post how it goes.

Cell C's cellular is still way better than Telkom's cellular.

With the same device that that Telkom gives and the same fast internet experience? For example, you can get the 10 + 10 GB without a device for R299

Not much issue where I am and I suspect Telkom's LTE wouldn't be up to scratch here anyway. If that's the case 20GB wouldn't be bad but it's still 66% more than Cell C. With the Telkom specs they should be able to load more customers/usage on to LTE and reduce the price but it seems none of the providers are making use of that benefit.
