Secret test in Google search used to recruit programmers

Very cool, Amazon has something similar although not secret some puzzles you can solve to land a job.
 
Google has been doing this for years, several people have blogged about it before.
 
The tone of the title and introduction feels like it was supposed to induce tin hat wearing.
It failed.
Coolgle.
 
I typed in 'gamma self-learning robot accelerate-the-singularity phi' and I'm starting with them on Monday

I'm sure there are a lot of weird searches going into google right now
 
I searched for "hentai tentacle rape porn" and the FBI sent me a friend request on Facebook.
 
I typed in "I'm useless, lazy, corrupt and I will lie about my qualifications"
On Monday I'm starting a government job
 
Slim chance of that happening to me. I use duckduckgo for around 90% of my searches. The thought of Google storing my entire search history does not sit too well with me. On the odd occasion that I Google stuff, I make sure I log off Gmail first.
