This is the all-new Tiguan; it's a looker.

"Volkswagen is presenting the newly developed VW Tiguan at the 2015 IAA. In this case, "new" means completely new - revolution instead of evolution. That is because the second generation Tiguan is the first Volkswagen Group SUV whose design is based on the MQB platform, which is future oriented in all of its aspects."

Top TSI petrol has the 162kw GTI motor & top TDI the new Passat 176kw Biturbo motor.

Big Golf, but finally looks decent if a little plain/bland/seen that before
 
Probably going to be R500-600k. And that Land Rover Discovery Sport will likely clock in around 600-700.

I really want one of these but damn, cars are just too expensive.
 
Good looking, but agreed, looks very X3-ish. Very similar lines to BMW, especially the rear. Still a goodlooking SUV, can only hope it has more boot space than the current model. Struggle to fit a pram into it.
 
It is quite nice, would need to see the real world size of the vehicle in comparison to others though...

The press release said substantially more boot space. 145 litres more...
