Neotel outage

We've just been informed neotel are having issues in Cape Town and joburg. Huge packet loss on their fiber services and in their data centre.

Neotel issues

Anybody having issues with Neotel? Our fibre is up down and connection to the DC is also erratic.

Some sites we can access, like mybroadband.co.za and Google, but news24 we can't.

Yup, same issue here. International sites appear to be a problem. Local ones are accessible...

Yep, We're on Fibre in Cape Town and the net she is not working so lekker. MyBB loads fine tho. International is a down.

Correction: Afrihosts new network uses Tata Communications for international transit - (Tata owns neotel)

Yip international went dead on LTE about 7 minutes ago. Cant get anything US or UK...

To be honest in the 2-3 years with neotel fiber we've had almost no issues. Just frustrating when things do fail.
