Cheapest uncapped ADSL accounts in South Africa

I would get that for my parents if we could get a naked service, they don't need the extra voice line.
 
Too bad Telkom is a company that does not care about after-sales service.
They try to sign-up new customers......but when it comes to actually supporting and fixing the ADSL line, they are pathetic.

They have improved a lot. With the two line outages that I have had so far this year they have only taken three weeks for each occurrence to fix them.

I'm still waiting........6 weeks and counting....for them to fix my ADSL line.

I haven't had an outage in about 2 years. My friend had an outage last week Saturday, reported it on Sunday via the Telkom website and they came out and fixed it on Monday. :D it ended up being his surge protector that had gone faulty.

He is in Pinetown. Maybe just lucky here?

I can also vouch for excellent service when my line went down. They also respond very quickly on HelloPeter when you don't get any joy from your fault report.

I once reported a fault on Saturday night, the Sunday morning somebody came to fix it.
 
You are all very lucky then. Even when you go read on Facebook on the Telkom page......a lot of people complain about the lack of service.
I'm still waiting for 6 weeks and counting.....
