Your laptop’s update software most likely has a security flaw

First destination when booting up a new laptop for the first time: Programs and Features. Uninstall everything that has the laptop maker's name in the title (eg: AcerDocs, Dell Stage, Lenovo Helper, etc.), and then weed through all the other crap and uninstall it as well. Then open IE and download chrome or firefox. Reboot. Then PC is useable. Amen.
 
easy problem to solve,

1, get laptop
2, format and reload everything
3, load only what you need to get things to work
4,?????
5, Profit!!!!

if you leave cr@p on your laptop and it allows an attacker in its due to your IT not doing their jobs properly!
