Vodacom is not cheating you out of data

Last week bought 500MB, checkled the balance and it said I had 2.5GB, phoned 111 the lady told me I had 500MB just system error....
 
I used to get 2 Gig, today when I checked I was left with 4 Gig out of 10Gig :confused:
 
A friend of mine recharged with a R29 last week. After 20 mins he had about half left. He called VC, they said ilhe used data, he said his got BIS, they told him it was auto updates of apps, he said he has a blackberry, they checked up, and he got the data reversed/recharged.
 
*111# tells me I have 1.2gb each month. In actuality I have like 750mb p.m. Go figure...
 
The problem is majority of its users can't afford more than 1 GB, now they're using that measurement & it's pointless.
