Top 3 tips to ace a job interview

So basically the same old generic tips from someone who thinks that interviews are still conducted like they were 30 years ago.

I just go in and be myself. You either like me or you don't. Hasn't failed me so far...

I recently went in for an interview.

First was an assessment test, 2 hours long, in which you were asked a lot of questions, a mixture of logical, true/false, pictures, visualization, maths and so on.

I seemed to have passed that test, as they then sent me a link to an online Gallup test in which my strengths and weaknesses can be determined.

Having done those, I was invited for an interview - and I aced it.

The oldstyle interview will be replaced by something like this - plus an additional exam specific to the work you want to see if you really can do the job or not.

edit : and hope that it is not a panel of interviewers - these are not easy to ace...
