Spotify in "advanced talks" to acquire SoundCloud

Never had time for SoundCloud, just doesn't appeal to me
 
I use SoundCloud every day (at work). It's one of the few sites I can easily access the sort of music I listen to. If they're bought out, I just hope we're not slapped with the same regional restrictions that spotify has.
