MTN launches new Sky and Talk packages

FNB has the right idea with their Flexi Packages. Based on that structure I will pay a 3rd of what MTN is offering and get exactly what I need based on my usage. I need double the Data, zero SMS's and about quarter the Minutes.

It's just a pity they run off the Cell-C network...
 
Who the hell needs that many sms's (if any) in 2016?? Get with the program MTN. I'll definitely be switching providers.
 
Usually my comment would be "24 month contract? No thanks!"
These days it's, "mtn? No thanks!"
 
So what happens when you reached the FUP for the minutes/SMS' during the day, do they cut you off or are they going to charge OOB. what's the point of unlimited?

Ok rephrase: who needs SMSs in 2016? And don't make out like giving me unlimited SMSs is a bargain. It's a waste of time! No one cares about that rubbish. Btw I've just seen Vodascums packages and they not much better. Probably worse actually.

I still use smses, not a lot but still. Mother doesn't have a smartphone. Housemate doesn't always have data.
