Windows 10 to get picture-in-picture functionality

Microsoft has unveiled Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15031 for PC, which includes picture-in-picture functionality.

I still want to be able to pin a window as always on top......
Can we get that please MS ? ..unless I've missed that feature in win10?

Pretty cool. Is this a MS innovation or did they rip it off from another OS?

Been on TV's since the 80's. This is just MS playing catchup still...
