Samsung Galaxy S8 – The smartphone without limits

Fingerprint at that position I want to call it right here right now that, that will be the biggest flaw of this phone that users will be reporting.
 
What's the Vodacom contract pricing going to be, R800-R900 for uChoose Flexi 200.
 
And now we get the S series crap out of the way and wait for the Note 8...

Too much for something where the lack of updates won't let you keep it more than three or four years. You can buy a mid-range phone in 2017 and again in 2019 for that money, and have a more enjoyable phone-using experience.

This is of course referring to people who can't or won't buy a flagship every two years.
 
I wonder why they would drop the battery size so much on the S8? 3000mAh from 3600mAh on the S7 edge looks like a step backwards after everyone raved about the S7 edge battery life.
 
DeX looks like a good idea, but personally I'd rather see it between a tablet and a desktop.
 
I'm not paying those kind of prices for smartphones anymore. **** off.

From €809 currently R11378.32 to R15499? Are they expecting the Rand to tank so much or are they just doing the old SA consumer shafting?

Pretty much this. I paid R2999 cash for my S5 Mini new and not renewed my MTN contract which is R110 per month which gives my more than enough SMS's and Call Time. What the hell does this phone do more than my current one ?
