Nvidia launches “revolutionary” Volta GPU platform

I wonder how Volta will translate into the consumer grade products down the line? Well, AMD through their marketing made a hint that Vega will be challenging Volta, seems to be nothing less than a dream now.

Looking at the specs, I would expect around 40-50% faster vs the equivalent Pascal part. A good jump.

Yip, Vega will probably have approximately double the performance of an RX 480 which will be way off from Volta.
