5year old boy showering with mother's boyfriend

Morning All.

Is it allowed for a 5 year old boy to shower with his mother's boyfriend, by law?

"By law"? I think so. I'm not sure what the law has to say about that sort of thing but I can't see why not. I wouldn't even think it was very strange, but I guess some people can be funny about that sort of thing.
 
How are you related to the mother? If it bothers you why not say something?

As weird as it is, as long as nothing funny is going on, not an issue. Some people are just ****ed up like that.
 
wtf.. that is not cool. Maybe not again any law (I don't know).

But the boyfriend is stupid too... allowing his gf kid into the shower with him.

edit: I see your post history. The ex wife (/gf) being ****ty. You going to have a battle with this.
 
The 5 year old boy is my son. and the boyfriend is not disabled or anything
 
My thoughts exactly. The mother is keeping my son from me since november last year. Even when he was still visiting me i didn't shower with him... I have a court case coming up next week and this morning she said that my son wants to go with to the court to tell the court he doesn't want to visit me...Parental alienation in the 1st degree.
 
THe problem is what can i do? the mother confirmed this this morning and her excuse is they are both men.
 
I understand your concern, but you havnt mentioned anything about potential abuse taking place.You have no confirmation from your son that anything has happenend.So what is your end goal here?
It could be innocent=?Do you suspect anything?

Makes one wonder if Edman had a gf and his five year old daughter was showering with her, whether anyone would have an issue.
 
Aren't 5 year olds bathed anyway? I know my cousin was bathed by his cousin until he was 8. Nothing untoward, they didnt bath together she simply bathed him because they always saw him as a baby being youngest in the family.
 
As long as nothing funky is going on, I really don't see a problem with it. Especially if you're in CPT with the water shortages. Well anywhere in S.A really.

Just ask the mother to make sure the door to the bathroom stays open and to keep an eye out. I'm sure she cares enough for your son to be willing to compromise to this request?
