Dropbox is rolling out its own fibre network

what is "dark fibre"? Was hoping the article editor would have elaborated, but alas the forum is the real journalism.

Dark Fibre = Literally just the physical fibre, no services on it (no layer 2 services)

If you don't know this you should take your conversation to News24 or something, and off MyBB.
