DStv's latest subscriber numbers and revenue figures

I think DSTV has hit an earnings wall, and their revenue will never grow much beyond this point.
They can't just keep raising prices every year and expect people to be happy with that.
 
I wish those numbers would fall. As I wish Telkom's numbers would fall. These are 2 SP's that need a reality check.

I can't see any differentiation between the various bouquets, the cheapest one is R29.

They probably have plenty of new subscribers on the lower end.
 
WellI left 3 months ago and don't miss their crap one bit and I am nearly a thousand rand a month better off. Online provides a much better and cost effective way now and even better in the future
 
I would have liked to know how many of those subscribers are still on the premium package.
 
Crappy financials!! They grew by a 1/4 million customers and exchange-rate was favorable, but revenue remained flat.

Methinks that they are losing customers on the premium packages at an alarming rate.
