Received no data on my voice packages

For some reason on both my voice packages I only received airtime and no data this month.

Has the same happened to anyone else?
 
Okay, I'm getting frustrated. Just got an email about cancelling my packages and then another email to say that it's been fixed.

But nothing's been fixed and I don't want to cancel anything.

Can one of the reps please contact me?

My ticket number is: XLT-995-30143
 
Okay, managed to get it sorted via the chat thingy. I hope it works next month and I hope that the support lady sent that cancellation ticket to me in error.

AfriFella, I sent you a pm yesterday. I would appreciate it if someone can come back to me and if I can have data on my phone over the weekend.

:( I'm really sorry about this! I've escalated this to our Dev Team to investigate and figure out what's going on here.
 
Thank you. I see my data has appeared since I last checked. I'm just very worried that next month it will happen again and then I have to struggle for someone to help me again.
