For some reason on both my voice packages I only received airtime and no data this month.

Okay, managed to get it sorted via the chat thingy. I hope it works next month and I hope that the support lady sent that cancellation ticket to me in error.
It happened again.This time on only one of my two voice packages.
I would really appreciate it if someone can either reply to my pm or reply to my ticket or just fix my problem.
