Great. Now if they can bring back exploding kittens, that would make them even better!
 
Improve the delivery times!
After waiting 2 weeks the last time I bought, the wait was terrible, I unsubscribed from the newsletter.
 
3 things they need to do to stay relevant.

1) Actually offer bargains in general rather than just inflated "Was" prices.
2) Free Delivery over a certain value
3) Next day delivery. 2 week delivery is unacceptable in this day and age.

I think that they may be drop shipping.

Turns out it was only the brand.
 
Uhm, enhance delivery times maybe, waited close on a month for my first and last delivery from them. Really bad in the year 2018.

I guess they consolidate their daily orders, ship it to their warehouses, courier collects at the warehouse (collection point) and make the delivery. Any cancellation or surplus orders (due to various reasons) are stocked under clearance sales. I said, ‘I think’.
