JOHANNESBURG - Racist Vicki Momberg was sentenced in the Randburg magistrate's court on Wednesday.
Momberg was sentenced to three years in prison with one year suspended.

Magistrate Pravina Rugoonandan said the court made several considerations in its ruling.

Rugoonandan said it's questionable whether Momberg showed remorse.

She said the sentence must serve as a deterrence against others who use K-word.

The former real estate agent was found guilty of four counts of crimen injuria, for hurling racist insults at a black police officer...

Wasn't really aware that was something you could go to jail for.
Surely some form of community service is better in this case?
 
Did anyone expect any different though. Let the real hate mongers off with warnings and apologies but keep putting these evil white women in jail ..... yeah, nothing changing my mind, that's for sure
 
Let's be honest here... this is the price you pay for being a white person in South Africa. Remorse or not. Here is Julius Malema - much worse being said there in public - yet, no remorse, no jail, nothing. This is nothing but white persecution.

Calling for genocide no.

I honestly don't believe there is equality before the law when it comes to these things, there seems to be a definite bias.

Because the person is white. Nothing else. Persecution of white people in South Africa. ANC just using their courts and power to ensure this.
