Rain SIM delivery backlog to be resolved this week – CEO

Rain CEO Willem Roos said they are confident their backlog of SIM deliveries will be resolved by the end of the week.

Rain launched its first mobile products on 6 June 2018, offering data priced at 5c per MB and unlimited data usage for between 15 and 90 days after joining as part of a launch promotion.

Thanks now please resolve the # of sims I can have, 1 + 3 dependents = 4 sim cards however Rain only allow you to have 3 sim cards.

for those testing out the unlimited trial period, how is the speed?

Why not stop taking new orders until people who have been waiting a week or more get theirs?

I ordered and paid for a p20 lite and 2
sims and didn't get any confirmation from Rain. I've been trying to follow up with them but they have been very, very slack.

About a week gone now and no idea what's happening. They also don't have any idea what's happening it seems.

This is the sort of thing early adopters can expect. They're the guinea-pigs. Things will undoubtedly improve into the future. I'll probably take up with Rain but I'm biding my time for now just to see how things pan out.

So turns out this has not happened. New orders seem to have been prioritised and now RAIN support is saying, next week!!!
